Returns & Exchanges
At The Parent, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products that didn't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
- 3.Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
